自定义附魔（这是一个带有许多附加功能的自定义附魔插件）

功能：

• 附魔轮盘：使用经验卷轴进行附魔抽取
• 附魔升级：使用经验卷轴升级现有附魔
• 附魔合成：将相同附魔合成为更高等级
• 附魔回收：回收不需要的附魔获取经验和附魔粉尘
• 附魔回退：撤销附魔升级
• 附魔书生成：生成附魔书

使用方法：

/ce- 打开主要GUI

/cehelp- 列出插件的所有命令

/ceinfo- 提供实用信息

/ceshard- 生成附魔碎片

/ceenchant- 附魔物品

/cecheckv- 检查是否有最新版本

/cebook- 生成附魔书

权限：

customenchants.enchant- 管理员权限

customenchants.remove- 管理员权限

customenchants.shard- 管理员权限

customenchants.cecheckv- 管理员权限

customenchants.book- 管理员权限

customenchants.help- 普通会员权限

customenchants.info- 普通会员权限

customenchants.applyenchant- 普通会员权限

customenchants.enchanter- 普通会员权限

customenchants.sharddrop- 普通会员权限
