MessageControl (消息控制-用于管理私信和消息的插件)

MessageControl是一个用于管理私信和消息的Minecraft插件，支持Legacy版。当安装完成后，你可以使用/tell、/reply、/msg等命令来进行私信和消息的管理。

权限：

-msg.use - /r, /reply, /msg, /tell
-msg.toggle - /msg toggle, /tell toggle
-msg.reload - /msg reload
-msg.updatechecker - 当插件有新版本发布时进行通知

安装方法：
Non-Network:
1. 下载插件
2. 将其放入插件文件夹
3. 设置权限
4. 重启服务器
5. 开始使用

Network (BungeeCord):
1. 下载插件
2. 仅将其放入PROXY插件文件夹
3. 设置权限
4. 重启代理服务器
5. 开始使用
