功能：
该插件能够让聊天消息中的链接可点击，并提供了开启GUI、显示各种链接的命令。

命令：

/links - 打开GUI以列出所有链接
/Spigot - 显示Spigot链接
/forums - 显示论坛链接
/ts - 显示TeamSpeak链接
/website - 显示网站链接
/apply - 显示申请链接
/store - 显示商店链接
/dj - 显示音乐DJ链接
/Spigotrl (/dcrl) - 重新加载配置

权限：

dcreload - 使用重新加载命令的访问权限
