用法：

/bw reload - 重新加载配置
/bw give - 给予建造者法杖（等级1）
/bw give - 给予建造者法杖（等级X）

权限：

buildersWand.reload - 重新加载配置
buildersWand.give - 给予建造者法杖
buildersWand.use - 允许用户使用法杖
buildersWand.craft - 允许合成法杖
buildersWand.bypass - 允许在禁止建筑区域建造
buildersWand.storage - 允许用户使用法杖的存储/背包
buildersWand.updateNotification - 接收插件更新通知

其他：

- 可选的权限设置，用户需要权限才能使用法杖
- 提供bug报告和功能建议请使用GitHub或直接留言
- 捐赠并支持作者的开发工作是一种友善的举动
