CSkulls is a custom skulls plugin for Minecraft that allows you to create infinite skulls with customization options. You can change the name of the skull and its URL (either a player name or values). The plugin now requires the SimpleAPI plugin developed by the same author. By consolidating the code into one plugin and having others depend on it, it's easier to manage and update shared functionality.
