聊天管理器 (ChatManager)

Installation:
1. Lade die .jar Datei in deinen "plugins" Ordner.
2. Starte den Server neu (Neustarten, nicht Reloaden, da Bugs auftreten können).
3. Genieße ChatManager!

Über das Plugin:
ChatManager ist ein ChatManager Plugin mit einigen Zusatzfunktionen! Zum Beispiel ermöglicht es Spielern mit speziellen Berechtigungen, den Chat nach dem ChatClear weiterhin zu lesen! Außerdem sind alle Nachrichten in der "config.yml" konfigurierbar.

Commands:
- /chatmanager oder /cm - Zum Neu-Laden der Konfiguration und Überprüfung der Version!
- /mute - Sperrt Spieler vom Server-Chat aus!
- /globalmute oder /gm - Aktiviert/Deaktiviert den GlobalMute!
- /globalmute status - Zeigt den aktuellen Status des GlobalMute an!
- /cc - Leert den Chat!
- /broadcast - Überträgt eine Nachricht!
- /filter - Fügt Wörter zur Wort-Blacklist hinzu oder entfernt sie daraus. Außerdem kannst du die Blacklist mit /filter list anzeigen lassen!

Berechtigungen:
- chatmanager.globalmute.toggle (Ermöglicht den Befehl /globalmute)
- chatmanager.globalmute.bypass (Erlaubt das Chatten, während der GlobalMute aktiviert ist)
- chatmanager.command (Ermöglicht den Befehl /chatmanager)
- chatmanager.cc (Ermöglicht den Befehl /cc)
- chatmanager.cc.bypass (Erlaubt das Lesen des Chats nach einem ChatClear)
- chatmanager.antispam.bypass (Erlaubt das Chatten ohne Anti-Spam)
- chatmanager.broadcast (Ermöglicht den Befehl /broadcast)
- chatmanager.mute (Ermöglicht den Befehl /mute)
- chatmanager.mute.bypass (Verhindert, dass Spieler mit diesen Berechtigungen stummgeschaltet werden können)

1. Drop the .jar into your "plugins" folder.
2. Restart the server (NOT Reload, as it may cause bugs).
3. Enjoy ChatManager!

About the Plugin:
ChatManager is a chat manager plugin with some extra features! For example, players with special permissions can still read the chat after a chat clear! Also, all messages are configurable in the "config.yml"! Have fun!

Commands:
