You can use /mineit edit time [name] [time] to change how speed the blocks will change. [time] it's the average seconds each block will take to change to the next stage.
If it's enabled in the config, you can edit the max stage block's with the command /mineit edit stagelimit [name] [stage number] [limit blocks number].

权限：

mineit.create: 允许玩家创建矿山
mineit.remove: 允许玩家移除矿山
mineit.state: 允许玩家启动/停止矿山
mineit.open: 允许玩家打开MineIt的物品栏目
mineit.stagelimit: 允许玩家改变阶段限制
mineit.time: 改变矿山的速度
mineit.mine.all: 允许玩家在所有矿山中挖矿
mineit.mine.[mine]: 允许玩家在特定的矿山中挖矿

额外功能：
