I do not see any problem at this moment. Tested with 1.18.2 Forge 40.1.0 and with Avaritia Furnace, Iron Furnaces, ATO - All the Ores
Update: Since it just uses a recipe in json format for the recipes. it will smelt in almost any furnaces but not with the balancing smelt time. at least not with Iron Furnaces mod mentioned above.
