反苦力怕 (Anti-Creeper)

Because of my personal reason, I have to stop the mod developing for months. Now I come back published the new release!
CHANGELOG:

1. Change MC Version To <span style="color: aqua">1.19.4, 1.19.3, 1.19.2, 1.19.1 and 1.19.</span>
2. FIXED: When the creeper explodes there wont spawn potion effects area.
3. Make the code runs faster

因为我个人的原因，所以我需要停止几个月的模组开发。现在我回来了并且发布了新的版本！
1. 把MC版本改到了1.19.x
2. 修复BUG：当苦力怕爆炸时不会生成药水效果云
3. 优化了代码

### ChangeLog 更新内容

1. 现在可以使用游戏规则（例：`/gamerule doCreepersExplosionDestroy`）来设置是否让苦力怕破坏方块了！（true为让苦力怕破坏，false反之，默认为true）
2. 苦力怕爆炸延迟简短至60刻（原版的2倍，上一个版本的太变态了所以削弱了）

1. You can now use the rules of the game (example: ` / gamerule doCreepersExplosionDestroy `) to set whether let creepers break blocks! (true is to make creepers break; false, otherwise. The gamerule is Default to true)
2. Creepers' explosion delay set to 60(twice for vanila, beacuse the delay last version was abnormal so we changed

1.3：The time for the explosion of the creeper is 300 ticks longer!
