Undo some things that was made in the 1.20.1 port that caused #39 and possibly other issues.

- Copper Backtank acts as pneumatic Item/Block.
- - Assumed to have max pressure at 3 bar.
- - Assumed to have base volume of 600 mL (without enchantments) (subject to change).
- - - As a result, full unechanted Copper Backtank assumed to have 1800 mL of Air.
- - - Such low volume was chosen due to the fact how fast it charges (9 seconds at 256 RPM -> 10mL/t with these values).
- - In Item form:
- - - Acts similar to Air Canister and other Pneumatic items, can be charged in Charging Station.
- - In Block form:
- - - Can connect to tubes or other pneumatic providers from the bottom.
- - - All excess air gets released — won't explode, but don't leave it connected on networks with higher pressure!

- When used alone, works as "Block Tracker Upgrade" did before: shows info like Goggles would
