ChatManager (聊天管理-禁言插件)

该插件可以禁止玩家使用聊天功能，并通过特定命令和权限进行控制。支持版本1.7、1.8和1.11。

插件功能:
- 禁止聊天功能
- 通过命令和权限控制禁言和解禁
- 清空聊天记录
- 广播消息
- 未来可能的更新：添加玩家百分比、更新配置文件等

配置:
允许的权限：chat.chat, chat.yes, chat.reload, chat.clearchat, chat.bc
命令：/enable chat, /disable chat, /chat recharge, /chat clear, /chat bc

安装：
1. 将.jar文件放入插件文件夹
2. 启动或重新加载服务器

config.yml配置文件示例:

禁言命令提示
command-disable-chat: '&7The chat has been &cdisabled'
解禁命令提示
command-enable-chat: '&7The chat has been &aenable'
无权限提示
no-permission: '&cYou dont have permissions for this!'
无禁言权限玩家尝试发言提示
text: '&6[&bChat&6]&7 The chat is disabled.'
清空聊天记录行数
lines-to-clear: 100
清空聊天记录结尾提示
end-clear: '&6Chat delete by Staff.'
广播消息前缀
Broadcast-prefix: '&4[&bAlert&4] &a'
永久禁言(true)或解禁(false)
chat:status: false

权限:
- chat.chat：启用/禁用聊天命令
- chat.yes：即使聊天被禁用也允许发言
- chat.reload：重新加载聊天配置
- chat.clearchat：清空聊天记录
- chat.bc：发送广播消息

指令:
- /enable chat：解禁聊天
- /disable chat：禁言
- /chat recharge：重新加载配置
- /chat clear：清空聊天记录
- /chat bc：发送广播消息
