- Wrote a proper item tag generator - hopefully that's the end of broken tags!
- Now "no optional dependencies detected" message won't appear with only Botania installed.
- Added "mod loaded" conditions to recipes to decrease the amount of exceptions thrown when a dependency is missing.
- Hopefully fixed modifiers not hiding in REI.
- Added a warning when a player plays with Hephaestus 1.20.1-3.6.3.241.
- Fixed log spam caused by leftover LOGGER.info in BangBangModifier.
- Bumped required Fabric and Hephaestus version.

- The previous hotfix accidentally broke the crooks and hand hammers due to leaving a trailing comma at the end of tag `.json`s.
This has been corrected.
- Marked the `c:ores/singular` tagged blocks as optional.
