A small library for making MobEffects easier to use, and more dynamic

What is this?

The existing MobEffect class in Minecraft is very limited and has only very specific and basic functionality. You can't really do a whole lot with it without needing extra events, mixins, or any combination or the two. This lib does the work for you, adding several new hooks and features allowing you to make much better use of the effect system.
