This is an emergency bug fix update. Anyone playing with Create mod is advised to update immediately.
- Fixed a crash loop that would softlock worlds, caused by create mod, which, in its infinite wisdom, decided that removing a block's blockentity without removing the block is a good idea.

- Use Quilt tooling. Hopefully this should make updating and dealing with gradle a lot less painful.
- Make copper chime recipe balanced with other recipes.
- Adapt Windchimes for 1.20
- Added the ability to interact with the chimes: right click them to make them chime
- Improved the animations a little
- Fixed a bug where chimes would never chime quietly (or rather, not loudly)
- Nerfed the recipes to give one chime on craft
