Fix crash with geckolib update, geckolib please stop it pains me everytime I have to go and fix a mod because you changed your api half way through a version.

Changes
- Skates now use the ice block tag so this should work with other mods that add ice now.
- Random hats and scarfs now work on all entities in skeleton tag so if another mod adds skeletons it will now have a chance to spawn them with a scarf/hat if they're in a snowy biome.
- Unequiping snow golem hats, noses, and scarfs are now done individually by looking at each of the items on the golem and shift-clicking.
