### BREAKING CHANGES
- All Sky wand and Focuses NBT has been changed. Existing wands and focuses are irreversibly broken
### Fixes
- Wand charge now doesn't go below 0
- Wand now plays a sound and particles when it's successfully charged
### Improvements
- All focuses now retain their stacks' NBT (It means you can name them and in the future - enchant)
- Wand now has a durability bar to report charging progress
### Internal changes
- Focuses API has been redone and made more robust and future-proof
