Updated the pack to 26.1 to work with golden dandelions
<details>
<summary>~~ Details ~~</summary>
- Added support for 26.1's golden dandelions
- Changed the pack icon again to prove I have free will
- Fixed the pack.mcmeta to make the pack not say "broken or incompatible" in recent versions. This makes the pack technically incompatible with 1.13-1.19.4, as in the game says it's not compatible, but it should still work just fine
- Added mod support for No Man's Land, the Aether and updated Wilder Wild support to work with pasqueflowers
- Very slightly changed the pack icon. Surely I won't change it again... or will I?
- Fixed a bug where one of the eyeblossom models had a flower with no emissive textures
- Added mod support for Verdance
- Updated the pack icon again (for the last time, hopefully)
Updated the pack to 1.21.4 to work with eyeblossoms, and added more mod support

- Open and closed eyeblossoms are now also placed in clusters
- Added mod support for Biomes o' Plenty, Atmospheric, Environmental, Nature's Spirit and Trailier Tales, and updated Wilder Wild support to work with new flowers
- Updated the pack icon
- [Technical] The base models used to make multiple flowers appear per block are now in their own namespace, flower_clusters, rather than the default minecraft one
- When placed on the ground, flowers are placed in groups of 1 to 3
- There is a slight bias for groups of 2 and 3 over singular flowers
- There's also compatibility for Wilder Wild, Friends & Foes, Buzzier Bees and Autumnity to make the flowers they add also place in clusters. There may be more mod support added in the future
