added support for about 40 NEW MODS!!!!!!! WOAH!!!
- includes updates to mods like L_ender's cataclysm, born in chaos, ect
- new popular mods like blue skies, lycanite's mobs, cgm, sonicraft, unusual end, species, and a few library mods
- changed a few effects for consistency/color consistency
- added effects for some of the april fools minecraft updates (craftmine, poisonouspotat, vote update)
- resized a few vanilla minecraft effects to make sizes consistent
- readded herobrine

added support for epic fight mod, and added graphics for all 101 iron's spellbooks spells!
(i'll finish traveloptic's spells at some point hopefully)
- also added support for smelting villagers, sussare_cibum, apotheotic additions, farmer's respite, reliquary, archery expansion, guns without roses, xaero's minimap & world map, and legendary monsters.
- made the 8 or so freezing effect icons more consistent + made the reference more obvious
(i'll finish traveloptic's spells at some point hopefully)
